Tea-Publican Ten Commitments

Commitment No. 1: Focus Congress on Equality for All citizens

• Objectives
• Refocus Congress =>On issues that treat everyone equally
• Eliminate Lobbyist
• Eliminate Special Interests
• Eliminate Free Loaders
• Eliminate Congressional Opportunities for Graft
• Approach:
  • The duty of a Congress person
  • Limit congress to constitutional defined powers
  • Route tax income to states without Federal control
  • Eliminate Federal mandates

 

Commitment No. 2: Redistribute Work to Grow Wealth

• Objectives:
  • Replace entitlements with work benefits through Americorps
  • Provide opportunity for all to work through Americorps
  • Provide oversight for benefits through Americorps Work For America
  • Provide infrastructure work force for cities and towns
  • Provide assistance to all citizens who cannot help themselves through Americorps
• Approach
  • “Ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what can you do for your country,” JFK
  • Increase education, training and oversight for all children and citizens receiving citizen assistance
  • Tax established wealth not those growing wealth

 

Commitment No. 3:  American Wealth Accounts for All Citizens

• Objectives:
  • Give Working citizens confidence in their retirement
  • Transfer Control of  retirement funds from companies, unions, military, and the government to individual citizens
  • Pay government bond interest to all citizens instead of foreigners
  • Increase Wealth of every Citizen  and their future families
  • Increase Wealth of the US
  • Guarantee rate of return on retirement investment
  • Provide Capital for growth => all citizens become bond investors
  • Transfer wealth to dependents
  • Fund individual end of life medical expenses
  • Fund individual College / Training for all citizens
• Approach
  • American Wealth Accounts (AWA)

 

Commitment No. 4:   American Medical Accounts for All Citizens

• Objectives:
  • Provide health fund for every citizen not subject to income taxes
  • Provide American Medical Account for every Child
  • Allow citizens to control health decisions and funds
  • Fund families with many children
  • Require responsibility for procreation of children
• Approach:
  • American Medical Accounts for All Citizens

 

Commitment No. 5: Guest Worker Authorization

• Objectives:
  • Use employers to register every illegal alien with a job as a guest worker
  • Require Guest workers to have an American Wealth Accounts and American Medical accounts for all family members
  • Legalize guest workers
  • Allow workers to cross border freely
  • Prevent government funding of guest workers
  • Pay for emergency medical care and incarceration of foreign citizens using lien on Foreign Aid

  • Guest Worker Authorization

 

Commitment No. 6: Restructure Personal Tax Policy

• Objectives:
• Eliminate Personal Income Taxes (IRS) => Benefit Middle Class
• Replace with Compassionate Consumption Tax => Assist Low Income
  • No Taxes on Essentials of Life
• Reroute 2/3 of Tax income from Federal government to Cities and States
  • 21-27% (7-7-7 to 9-9-9) tax on all purchases
  • 1/3 collections to cities
  • 1/3 collections to states
  • 1/3 of collections to federal government
  • Eliminate set asides and programs for the wealthy
• Insure that all foundations, churches, non-profit entities, tax exempt entities, and governments share cost of infrastructure
• Tax Established Wealth => restrain wealth gap

  • Institute Paper Wealth Taxes
    • Paper Wealth Property Taxes
    • Paper Wealth Transaction Taxes
  • Eliminate Estate Taxes

Commitment No. 7: Empower the States – Reduce Federal Power

Objectives:

• Empower States to determine purview of federal government.
• Eliminate Federal Mandates to States (no funding available)
• Eliminate all federal grants to the states
• Empower States with Consumption Tax Funding
• Eliminate funding of those suing the government
• Eliminate funding of groups to lobby government

• Approach
  • Route 2/3 of consumption tax proceeds to cities and states
  • Fund Federal government
    • 1/3 of consumption tax revenues
    • All of paper wealth property taxes
  • Restrict Federal Government Powers
  • Task Federal departments (ex. Energy, Education, HUD, etc) only to collect data and set standards

Commitment No. 8: Advocate the Value of Life

• Objectives:
  • Restore the value of the life of each citizen
• Approach
  • Reduce abortions except for life of the mother, incest
  • Require Private Funding for Abortions
  • Provide increased birth control assistance
  • Provide increased support for adoption
  • Restore the death penalty for DNA documented murder

 

Commitment No. 9: Citizen Equality under the Law

• Objectives:
  • Provide equality under the Law for all citizens
  • Eliminate preferences for different classes of citizens
  • Minimize Regulations: Rely on consequences to temper personal decisions
• Approach:
  • Insure that every citizen is treated equal on those issues the government can control
    • In religious issues: “…give toCaesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.” – Jesus
  • Provide democratic division of public square based on voting percentages
  • Eliminate “the power of being offended”
    • Offense cannot control others behavior if the offended has a proportional access to the same venue
    • Require local presence / standing to bring legal action
  • Legal actions negated by opportunity for proportional representation

Commitment No. 10: Preserve American Religious History and Liberty

• Objectives:
  • Reduce Government influence in Religious Issues
  • Require local presence/standing to address local religious issues
  • A Democratic Public Square
• Approach
  • Define Atheism as an official religion – Just another faith
  • Eliminate Government Funding for Religious Litigation
  • Preserve Religious History of the USA
  • Enable Democratic Distribution of the Public Square
