Tagging limited and certified COTUS payments will eliminate fraud as well as moochers and leeches. The monthly COTUS payment will replace present programs such as child tax credits, standard tax deductions and etc.
- All other benefits for individual citizens are to be collected and delivered by individuals, churches, synagogues, mosques and organizations such as Tunnels 2 Towers, the Salvation Army, and etc. All present NGOs and political organizations must collect funds from their supporters rather than the federal government.
