Matthew 28:18-20
- Decide to become a Disciple of Jesus by being baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit for the forgiveness of sins so that your soul can be in the presence of Almighty God, the Father.
- Try your best to obey everything Jesus commanded the Apostles, realizing that the blood sacrifice of Jesus continually cleanses the sins of those trying to obey Jesus commands to the Apostles.
The Greatest and Most Important Commands of Jesus to the Apostles:
Matthew 22: 36-40, Mark 12:28-31
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and greatest commandment.
39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Another most important command for Disciples from the apostles.
Luke 22: 16-19
Remember the body and blood of Jesus every first day of the week.
